On September 27th and 28th, 2008, Sinner screened with the Idaho International Film Festival in Boise.

In November Sinner screened at the Saint Louis International Film Festival. While there Eckard also participated in a "Micro-Budget Filmmaking" seminar with filmmakers Mary Bronstein ("Yeast") and Aaron Coffman ("Texas Snow").
